Student Ombudsman
ISVOUGA has a Student Ombudsman, whose responsibility is to respond to and analyze complaints and suggestions from students regarding the functioning of the institute, as well as promoting the necessary change, with a view to continuous improvement of the services available.

- Between 09:00 and 19:30, from Monday to Friday, in the month of July, and from the 1st of September until the 1st day of each academic year.
- Between 09:00 and 13:00 on Saturday, starting on the 1st day of the school year and ending on the last day of each school year, safeguarding periods of interruption for Christmas and Easter school holidays, according to the calendar for each school year.
