Quality Policy
The internal policy for quality assumes, as an underlying core principle, the shared vision of the Institution's mission and objectives, translated into an institutional development strategy and the involvement of all in its operationalization.
ISVOUGA thus assumes the implementation of an organizational culture to stimulate the motivation and involvement of all the community in the processes related to quality, with a view to internalizing a culture of quality transversal to all activities and projects, in which the evaluation is seen as a natural element of the institution's activity, in the dual perspective of continuous improvement and providing critical information on the degree of achievement of the institution's mission
