The Prof. Doctor Rui Ferreira, professor at ISVOUGA, took tests to obtain his Doctorate Degree, on April 15, 2021, at the University of Santiago de Compostela.
With the title “The Admissibility of flat tax income taxes” and under the guidance of Prof. Doctor César García Novoa, the jury for your test was made up of: Prof. Doctor Luis Antonio Caramés Viéitez, Professor of Applied Economics at the University of Santiago de Compostela; Prof. Doctor Jesús Rodríguez Marquez, Full Professor of Tax and Financial Law at the University of Vigo; and Prof. Doctor Francisco Adame Martínez, Professor of Tax and Financial Law at the University of Seville.
The Prof. Doctor Rui Ferreira obtained an outstanding (excellent) grade, with the mention of “Cum Laude”, which is equivalent to the maximum grade possible to obtain in Spain in a doctorate.
