On May 20th, a workshop on “Soft Skills in Career Building” took place, promoted by psychologist Isa Bastos Silva, responsible for the Psychological Guidance and Consultation Service at ISVOUGA.
This was a meeting that took place in person, where various soft skills were addressed, such as: communication (active listening, assertiveness), teamwork and collaboration, problem solving, critical and creative thinking and some of them were experienced.
It was a session rich in moments of sharing and reflection, in a relaxed environment, with students involved and proactive, critical and constructive.
